Ham-tastic
Christmas Eve is finally here! Went to church with my sisters and Grandma. I have to say I was pretty disappointed in the way people were dressed. It is Christmas mass, one of the more important of the Christian holidays, but yet some people were in jeans and t-shirts or worse. The girl sitting in the pew in front of me was wearing *shudder* a skin-tight low-cut shirt that was pink and black tiger stripes. My gosh, she would have been better off wearing an old t-shirt! Anyway, we made it through mass to go home to our annual Christmas eve buffet. It was wonderful as usual, the main course being ham, which BTW, was ham-tastic. (inside joke, you had to be there) My fam then proceeded to our annual Christmas light drive. The decorations were pretty sparse this year, but overall it was a good time. To top it all off my sisters and I are watching National Lampoon's Christmas Vacation, the best Christmas movie EVER! It is so freaking funny. Enjoy, and Merry Christmas to all and to all a good night.

A Cut and a B-Day
Happy Birthday to my sister Robyn! I started out the day by sleeping in very late. I love vacations! I went and FINALLY got a haircut at a place called New Attitudes in my hickville hometown. It is very girly if I do say so. Both my sisters went with me to make sure I got a decent style. Overall the girl did a pretty good job. She cut it a little shorter than I would have preferred, but it is sooo much better than it was before that I am still extremely happy. We then went out to The Olive Garden for an excellent meal and then a quick stop at Target. The night ended prefectly with some family togetherness and a lot of drinking. As I said before, I love vacations!

Oil Change
Changed my oil today. I'm glad my parents just bought a Honda CR-V because the oil filter wrench my Dad bought fit my car also. Also starting reading Cryptonomicon by Neal Stephenson. It is very strange so far, hopefully it will get better.

The Return of the King
I got up early and saw The Lord of the Rings: The Return of the King today. All I can say is wow. It's 3.5 hours, but it sure doesn't seem like it sitting in the theater. The battle scenes were spectacular and the action was non-stop. I would have to say that this was the best out of the three movies. Just do yourself a favor and go see it.
