Scooby-Scooby-Doo, Where are You?

As usual, New Year's festivities in Michigan are extremely boring. Yes, it comes down to drinking. I am happy to report that I did go for a run today so all the empty calories I am consuming aren't as bad as they could be. Whoa, my vision is clearing. Time for another? I'll drink to that!

Well, as you can see I haven't posted much in the last week. There is a simple reason: Michigan is the most boring place on earth. In fact, it has been the exact opposite of ham-tastic. We have no snow and have gotten loads of rain. There is absolutely nothing to do during the day except for going to Target, but even someone such as myself who hasn't been there in six months gets his fill after three visits. On the good side I did get to go to Kohl's once, and I got a new dress coat at Marshall-Fields. No more wearing my ski jacket to work! Anyway, soon I hope to be on my way back to the Green Mountain State and back to some fun times.
